About the Opportunity

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Marina Operations & Sales Intern to join our team. This internship offers hands-on experience in marina operations, customer service, and sales support within a fast-paced waterfront environment. The ideal candidate is comfortable around boats, has a working knowledge of basic boat operation, and is eager to learn all aspects of marina sales and boat club operations.

Key Responsibilities

Marina Operations

  • Assist with daily marina and dock operations.
  • Support vessel readiness, cleanliness, and basic inspections.
  • Assist with launching, docking, and handling boats under supervision.
  • Help coordinate boat scheduling and member reservations.
  • Assist with fuel dock, dockhand, and general waterfront support as needed.
  • Ensure compliance with marina safety procedures and policies.

Sales & Member Services

  • Support boat club and marina sales initiatives.
  • Assist with lead follow-up, customer inquiries, and member onboarding.
  • Participate in tours, events, and promotional activities.
  • Help maintain CRM records, reports, and sales tracking.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service to members, guests, and prospects.

Administrative & Team Support

  • Assist with data entry, reporting, and general office tasks.
  • Support special projects related to operations, marketing, or sales.
  • Work collaboratively with marina management and staff.

Qualifications

Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a college or technical program (business, marketing, marine management, hospitality, or related field preferred).
Comfortable operating and handling boats in a marina environment; basic boating knowledge required.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
Organized, dependable, and eager to learn.
Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office, Google Workspace; CRM experience a plus).

Preferred (Not Required)

Previous customer service or sales experience.
Boating safety certification or license.
Prior experience operating powerboats.
Ability to work weekends and holidays.

Position Overview

We’re seeking a technically skilled, analytically minded Co-op student to enhance digital performance, behavior tracking, and storytelling across our portfolio—beginning with flagship brands such as South Peak Resort and South Peak Real Estate. This role bridges web development, data-driven marketing, and behavioral science. You’ll collaborate directly with marketing and creative leadership to improve site speed, UX, SEO, and conversion performance—turning behavioral insights into measurable impact.

Key Responsibilities

Performance, UX & Accessibility

  • Audit websites for load speed and performance; compress assets, implement lazy loading, and optimize caching/CDN use.
  • Ensure accessibility compliance (WCAG 2.1 AA) and mobile-first responsiveness.
  • Maintain clean, version-controlled code (Git) and ensure secure HTTPS configurations.

SEO & Structured Data

  • Improve SEO metadata and structured data (Schema.org) across multiple brand sites.

Behavior Tracking, Analytics & Dashboards

  • Analyze visitor behavior via heatmaps, scroll depth, and funnel tracking to identify friction points and test conversion hypotheses.
  • Configure GA4, Google Tag Manager, and campaign UTMs; connect ad-platform data (Meta, Google Ads) to site performance dashboards.

Testing, Optimization & Integrations

  • Design, deploy, and evaluate A/B tests for CTAs, layout, and messaging.
  • Support integration of MLS/IDX data feeds and property APIs for real-time listings.
  • Collaborate with marketing, architecture, and hospitality teams to unify brand presentation across all digital properties.

Required Skills & Interests

  • Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript; working knowledge of WordPress or similar CMS.
  • Familiarity with GA4, Tag Manager, and SEO tools (Ahrefs, Semrush, or Moz).
  • Experience using Git, staging environments, and performance tools (Lighthouse, PageSpeed Insights).
  • Understanding of UX testing tools (Hotjar, Microsoft Clarity) and behavioral analytics.
  • Strong analytical mindset; able to translate data into design and marketing actions.

Position Summary

We’re looking for a Marketing & Design Co-op to support our in-house creative team across our full portfolio. This role is ideal for someone who wants real production experience across print, web, email, social, and brand systems—plus mentorship from a Creative Director with 30 years of industry experience and a team of talented professionals.You’ll contribute to high-visibility creative work and learn how projects move from concept to production to launch across multiple channels and brands.

What You’ll Do

Design & Creative Production

  • Design and update marketing materials using Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop).
  • Produce menus, brochures, flyers, billboards, and brand collateral across multiple properties and channels.

Website Updates

  • Develop content for and edit WordPress websites.
  • Photo Editing & Optimization
  • Edit and size photos for social media, email, blogs, websites, and print ads.
  • Optimize images for web performance while maintaining quality.

Still & Drone Photography

  • Capture photos for social and marketing content, including events, interiors/exteriors, and lifestyle moments.
  • Assist with shot planning and post-production workflow.

Copywriting

  • Write marketing copy (captions, headlines, short promo text) aligned with brand voice.
  • Use AI tools responsibly to accelerate drafts, then edit and refine for accuracy and tone.

Print Production

  • Prepare production-ready files with correct bleeds, crops, resolution, and color setup.
  • Coordinate with vendors to ensure files are print-correct and delivered on schedule.

Branding & Merchandise

  • Support graphic design for apparel and merchandise, including lockups, type treatments, and vendor-ready art files.

Overview

We are seeking an enthusiastic and reliable Part-Time Sales Associate to support our furniture showroom and interior design team. This position is perfect for someone who enjoys working with people, is eager to learn, and wants to gain experience in retail and design. The Sales Associate will assist the head designer by welcoming clients, supporting sales, and keeping the showroom organized.This role requires evening and weekend availability, with most hours scheduled during these times. 16–20 hours per week average.

Responsibilities

  • Greet customers and create a welcoming environment in the showroom.
  • Understand customer needs and connect them with appropriate products or design services, always deferring design-specific questions to the head designer.
  • Support the designer by scheduling appointments and facilitating client meetings in the showroom.

  • Assist with financial reporting and administrative accounting tasks as needed.

Qualifications

  • Experience with QuickBooks or ability to learn accounting software quickly.
  • Prior bookkeeping or accounting experience, especially in AP/AR and reconciliation.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and the full Microsoft Office Suite.
